Growth & Content Specialist

Mayntech raste — Crolingo skalira, mayntech.hr blog tek krećemo puniti, B2B outreach prema poslodavcima čeka. Trebamo nekoga tko će svaki dan pisati i komunicirati. Direktan rad s Tomom (CTO) i Dujem (developer/marketing). Bez korporacijskog međusloja, bez Mondaya, bez 5 razina approval-a.

Što ćeš raditi

  • Pisanje blog postova za mayntech.hr/novosti (HR + EN)
  • Crolingo landing kopije, push notifikacije, email sekvence
  • B2B outreach prema poslodavcima (građevina, hoteli, agencije)
  • Social media — LinkedIn za Mayntech, Instagram za Crolingo
  • QR field campaign coordination (Split, Dalmacija)
  • Praćenje rezultata kroz PostHog i Stripe MRR

Što tražimo

  • Odličan pisani hrvatski i engleski (B2 minimum)
  • Razumijevanje SaaS / B2B konteksta
  • Sposobnost rada s AI alatima (Claude, ChatGPT) za bržu produkciju
  • Organizirana osoba — više paralelnih kanala i kampanja istovremeno
  • Spreman raditi iz Splita (hybrid, ured Mosećka 12)

Nice to have
