Terms of use

These Terms govern your access to and use of the mayntech.hr website and the accompanying digital services provided by the Mayntech sole proprietorship. By accessing the website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not continue using the website.

2. Definitions

  • Website means all pages available on the mayntech.hr domain and its subdomains.
  • User is any natural or legal person accessing the Website.
  • Content includes text, images, graphics, code, logos, marks and all other material published on the Website.
  • Services means software development, consulting, SaaS products and other digital services provided by Mayntech.

3. Access and use

The Website is available to all users free of charge, 24 hours a day, except for occasional interruptions due to technical maintenance, upgrades or force majeure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors.

By accessing the Website you agree that you will not:

  • use the Website in a way that violates the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia or the EU;
  • attempt unauthorised access to our systems, networks or other users' accounts;
  • overload or disrupt the Website with automated tools (bots, scrapers) beyond reasonable limits; indexing by recognised search engines is expressly permitted;
  • introduce malicious code, viruses or otherwise compromise the integrity of the system;
  • post offensive, defamatory, threatening or unlawful content through forms and communication channels.

4. Intellectual property

All Content published on the Website, including text, design, logos, brand elements, source code and graphics, is the property of Mayntech or is used with the permission of the rights holder, and is protected by copyright, related rights and trademark law.

Copying, reproducing, publicly communicating, distributing or modifying any part of the Content for commercial purposes is not permitted without the prior written consent of Mayntech. Quoting for the purpose of reporting, criticism or education is permitted in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Act, with mandatory attribution of the source.

5. User content

If you send us your own content through forms, email or another channel (including feedback, suggestions, CVs and business inquiries), you retain all rights to that content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use such content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, fulfilling the legal relationship with you and, if you have expressly agreed, for marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

The Website and Content are provided "as is", without express or implied warranties of accuracy, currency or fitness for a particular purpose. Mayntech is not liable for:

  • direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website;
  • the content of external websites linked from the Website; such sites have their own policies and terms;
  • interruptions caused by force majeure, infrastructure failures or third-party attacks.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not affect liability for damage caused by gross negligence or intentional conduct.

7. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Play, partner services). Mayntech does not control the content or policies of those sites and is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

8. Privacy and cookies

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by our Cookie Policy. Both documents form an integral part of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after the changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Split has jurisdiction over all disputes arising from the use of the Website or the interpretation of these Terms, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

Consumers have the right to alternative dispute resolution through the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
