Cookie policy
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We only use the ones the site cannot work without — we measure traffic without cookies. This policy explains which cookies we use and how to manage them.

2. What cookies are
Cookies are text files that a website sends to your browser to store data about your visit. We distinguish:
- Session cookies — deleted when you close the browser.
- Persistent cookies — stored until they expire or until you delete them manually.
- First-party cookies — set directly by the
mayntech.hrdomain. - Third-party cookies — set by external services. This Website currently does not use any.
3. Categories of cookies we use
Necessary cookies
Required for the basic functions of the Website (security, signing in to the admin interface). They cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
Analytics without cookies
We do not use analytics or statistical cookies. We measure traffic with tools that store nothing on your device:
- PostHog — counts page visits and a few events on them (e.g. a newsletter sign-up or starting a conversation with the voice agent). It works without cookies and without local browser storage: a temporary identifier exists only in the memory of the open tab and disappears when you reload or close it. We do not identify you, we do not build visitor profiles and we do not record sessions.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights — aggregate visit statistics and page-load performance, also without cookies.
Marketing cookies
We currently do not use marketing cookies for personalised advertising or cross-site tracking. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and ask for separate consent.
